We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will have time to work independently while also being a part of a team.
Main responsibilities will include running a dishwasher, helping with prepping food, delivering food to our different classrooms, doing laundry, and keeping a clean work environment.
There is some flexibility in hours, and we can offer part-time or full-time hours depending on what you are looking for. No nights or weekends!
- Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for all children and staff
- Completes daily sanitation duties, including but not limited to;
– After meal dishes
– Morning/Afternoon toy and classroom sanitations
– Morning/End of day sanitation loads - Assisting the Kitchen Manager with daily duties, following direction and requests
- Properly assist Kitchen Manager during meal prep and distribution of items to all classrooms
Keeps refrigerators/freezers and all stored food areas clean and neat - Ensures all food and supply items are stored per standards
- Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed
- Completes daily laundry loads
– Returning items to proper classrooms
– Loading, switching and properly running machines - Sweeping and mopping at the end of shift, leave the kitchen clean and ready for the next day
