We are looking for someone to help us with the behind the scenes tasks.
This job will help us ensure our families and children have a wonderful experience with Early Advantage and will mainly take place in our office area. We are looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented person that can take direction from our caring and supportive administrative team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Data entry
- Paper filing
- Completing checklists
- Supply inventory
- Moving supplies and or distributing
- Cleaning and organizing
- Receiving shipments
- Answering calls
Position Shift
- Flexible hours and days mainly between Monday through Friday from 6am to 6:15pm
- No nights or weekends required
- 5 to 20 hours available
