We are looking for someone to help us with the behind the scenes tasks. 

This job will help us ensure our families and children have a wonderful experience with Early Advantage and will mainly take place in our office area.  We are looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented person that can take direction from our caring and supportive administrative team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Data entry
  • Paper filing
  • Completing checklists
  • Supply inventory
  • Moving supplies and or distributing
  • Cleaning and organizing
  • Receiving shipments
  • Answering calls

Position Shift

  • Flexible hours and days mainly between Monday through Friday from 6am to 6:15pm
  • No nights or weekends required
  • 5 to 20 hours available
