Our child to teacher ratio depends on the age group that your child is placed in. For Infant 1:4, Toddler 1:7, Preschool 1:10, and School-age 1:15.

We recommend calling or filling out a form here, to schedule a time to come and tour our facility.  This way we can ensure that someone is available to show you around and answer any questions you may have.

We ask that parents supply diapers, wipes, formula or breast milk, along with baby food.  This ensures that the young children are using the same products as they do at home. Some other recommended items are sunscreen, extra clothing to leave at the center, closed toe-shoes to wear when on the playground, and a comfort item for nap time.

The children’s safety is our top priority at Early Advantage.  We have one entrance into our building all other doors are locked from the outside.  Everyone that comes into our building will pass right by the main office.  This allows our director to keep a close eye on who is entering and leaving our building.  Anyone that is not recognized is stopped before entering any of the classrooms.  We use a fingerprint scanner to sign children in and out.  If you are not a registered user you must show your photo ID and be listed as an authorized pick-up person before a child will be released to you.  A parent must give written permission for each individual that will be allowed to remove a child from our center.

We provide breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack each day.  We know that a child’s nutrition is very important for proper development.  That is why we strive to provide the children a well balanced nutritional menu.  Early Advantage uses the the USDA’s MyPlate Program to ensure proper portion sizes in the all the needed food groups.  It is a fun way to teach the children about nutrition and healthy food practices.

There are currently 8 care providers on staff. All staff are required to pass a background check before providing direct contact services with the children.  Lead teachers also have formal education in early childhood education or a related field.  All staff is required to have additional training every year to stay current with child care best practices.

Teachers keep current with child and adult CPR as while as first aid certificates.  In addition, our center has developed emergency plans and all staff is trained in such practices.
